At Spoke, he is applying that experience to the road users vehicles can’t yet see. VRU2X™ links cyclists, drivers, and infrastructure in real time, enabling communication on the road. Paired with Spoke’s hardware, it helps anticipate risks and trigger responses before situations escalate.

Full biography

Jarrett, a recognized entrepreneur, served as Executive Vice President of Panasonic, N.A. where he created Cirrus™, the largest connected vehicle (V2X) software platform which is currently the most recognized in the world. Jarrett received the Hall of Fame Award from ITS America and ITS World Congress in recognition for his impact on intelligent transportation and connected mobility safety. He founded CityNOW™, Panasonic's global smart city business with industry leading sustainable solutions.

Jarrett was President and CEO of CPI International, a private equity backed analytical and life science manufacturer growing CPI's global business by successfully launching markets in over 40 countries. Prior to this, Jarrett founded and served as President of JMG, an entertainment and media company focused on global distribution of music and motion pictures.

Jarrett has been on a quest to get cars to talk to each other and now he is extending that quest to everything else that shares the road with a passion to insure that even the most vulnerable road user is part of the Spoke equation.

Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Played Division 1 basketball at the University of New Mexico. Former international recording artist and songwriter. Splits his time between Santa Monica and Denver.
