Email Address: We collect your email address when you sign up for an account in our App. This is the only personal information required to create an account.

Precise Location Data (with Consent and App in Use): Our App uses precise location tracking to provide its core functionalities, but only with your explicit consent. We will request your permission to access your device's location services before initiating location tracking. Furthermore, we only collect your precise location data while the App is actively in use (i.e., when the App is open and running in the foreground). We do not collect precise location data when the App is closed or running in the background.

Device Information: When you register your Device, we collect the serial number to link it to your account.

Anonymous Location History: We collect and store anonymous location history for analytics purposes and to improve system functions. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Crash and Performance Logs: We automatically collect log data when the App crashes or encounters performance issues. This may include device information, app version, and details about the crash or performance problem. This data helps us to diagnose and fix issues and improve the App's stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information: We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Account Creation and Management: We use your email address to create and manage your account and to enable you to log in to the App.

Device Registration: We use the serial number of your Device to link it to your account and provide you with relevant services.

Navigation and Road Risk Alerts: We use precise location information to provide you with accurate navigation and to alert you of potential road risks and hazards in your vicinity.

App Improvement and Support: We use crash and usage logs to identify and fix bugs, improve the App's performance, and provide customer support. This data is not used for any other purposes, such as marketing or profiling.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure:

No Selling or Sharing of Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Service Providers: We may share anonymous, aggregated data with third-party service providers who assist us in analytics, system monitoring, and improving the App. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
