Spoke Welcomes New Team Members to Drive Innovation and Expand Cyclist Safety Solutions

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our team with three exceptional individuals who bring unparalleled expertise, passion, and vision to drive our mission forward.

Introducing Blair Clark: Head of Two Wheeled Business Development

Blair Clark joins Spoke with decades of leadership experience in the bicycle, ski, and outdoor industries. Known for his transformative impact at Canyon US, where he grew the company’s revenues from zero to over $100 million in just six years, Blair is a force to be reckoned with. His tenure includes senior roles at Specialized US, Giro Helmets, SMITH Optics, and Gu Energy, as well as serving as Chairman of the People for Bikes Foundation.

Blair’s personal connection to Spoke’s mission is deeply moving. “My brother, Paul Clark, was tragically hit by a truck while cycling twenty years ago. This mission is personal,” he shares. He continues, “As cyclists, we deserve to be seen and respected on the road. Spoke’s technology brings us closer to a future where drivers and cyclists coexist safely, and I couldn’t imagine a better cause for the last chapter of my career.”

Blair will spearhead Spoke’s efforts in the cycling industry, helping ensure that our solutions address the needs of both riders and the companies that serve them.

Welcoming Sanjiv Moré: Head of Digital Blitzscale Sales

Sanjiv Moré brings unparalleled expertise in IoT, Smart Cities, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and digital intelligence to Spoke. With a proven ability to drive transformative growth across startups and Fortune 100 companies, Sanjiv has a track record of combining technical expertise with strategic sales vision.

As Spoke continues to expand its presence in the automotive and bike industries, Sanjiv’s leadership will be instrumental in forging partnerships and advancing our mission to enhance safety for all road users.

Meet Blaze Sanders: Sr Hardware Engineer

Blaze Sanders is a multi-disciplinary hardware engineer with over 15 years of experience developing aerospace-grade hardware—now bringing that expertise to Spoke. His work spans aerospace, robotics, and high-speed PCB and display hardware, with roles including Senior Electrical Engineer at Meta and CTO at SpaceVR. At Spoke, he’s focused on delivering near aerospace-grade hardware robustness at a commercial price point, ensuring large-scale infrastructure can be deployed reliably while enabling seamless firmware and software updates.

Blaze’s career has been defined by innovation, from designing robotic earthworms that burrow into the Moon to building a 3U CubeSat that captures 360-degree video as it drifts away from the International Space Station. He has also worked on advanced Roger 4003 PCBs that empower students to send their own creations into space.

When he’s not engineering tech, you might find Blaze cruising through Las Vegas at 35 mph on his electric skateboard, hiking Red Rock Canyon, or stargazing under the clear desert sky.

A Bright Future for Cyclist Safety

The addition of Blair, Sanjiv, and Blaze marks an exciting chapter in Spoke’s journey. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will fuel our mission to create a safer, more connected world for cyclists and drivers alike.

Stay tuned for updates as Spoke continues to innovate and grow, working toward a future where technology enables all road users to communicate seamlessly and travel safely.
